You're ready to commit to a meditation program but you can never make it to a class on time.

Every time you try to meditate, something stops you.

  • You get stuck at work
  • Class times don’t fit your schedule
  • You can’t wake up on time
  • You’re just too exhausted after work
  • You just don’t know where to start

Imagine having access to guided meditations wherever and whenever you want.

You want to be more present and connected in your life but it’s feels impossible to schedule one more thing into your busy day.

Wouldn’t it be great to:

  • Access meditations on your own schedule
  • Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into all areas of your life
  • Find more time in your day
  • Be part of a community of likeminded people

But what if you had the opportunity to meditate on your terms and on your schedule?

That’s where The Mindfulness Community comes in.

Learn how to meditate, be more present and connect to your true self – on your terms.

I’m Charlene and I can’t wait to help you learn how to get out of your head and into your life!

Do you ever find yourself….

  •  wishing that you could meditate more, but you find that the closest classes conflict with your work schedule.
  •  feeling anxious or stressed out about work/family/life and don’t know how to manage or deal with these feelings.
  •  feeling like sometimes, you just can’t do one more thing. There are only so many hours, and you’ve already used them all up.
  •  wishing that you had a community of people that could support you and hold you accountable during your meditative journey.

I know, because I've been there myself

In 2013 I was in a very serious accident that left me with a traumatic brain injury. Four neurosurgeries, one bone infection, one chronic non-healing incision line and one prosthesis later, I was left wondering what I was going to do with my life. And how was I going to sit with the feelings of anxiety and uncertainty that I was experiencing all the time.

That’s when I first discovered mindfulness and it’s not an exaggeration to say that it changed my life.

I was always so shy growing up and wouldn’t speak to anyone. I was constantly worrying about what other people would think of me. My mind was constantly going with judgments and negative self-beliefs that often stopped me from moving forward in life.

That all changed once I started practicing mindfulness.

I learned how to get out of my head and to quiet all that noise.

I learned how to manage and decrease my feelings of anxiety.

I learned how to be comfortable with the uncertainty of life.

I learned how to connect with myself and to tap into my true self.

Now I want to share this gift with others.

This monthly meditation membership will help you feel more relaxed and connected to yourself.

What I learned from my own practice is the importance of 3 things:

  1. attending workshops and guided meditations with a teacher I connected with
  2. the ability to listen to guided audio meditations when I needed them
  3. a community where I could ask questions, share answers and get support from others.

I heard the feedback from my students and I took what I know from my own experience and The Mindfulness Community was created.

NICKI ISKANDER, RMT

Charlene has such a warm and calming energy. You can't help but feel at peace when you're near her. I did outdoor guided meditation with her and it was the perfect way to set me up for a productive day.

The Radical Connector

Working with Charlene on mindfulness and meditation has made all the difference in my very busy life. Her calming voice is a constant reminder in the back of my head to stay present and tuned in, whether I’m eating a meal, walking down the street, or working with a client. I recommend working with Charlene if you are feeling disconnected from yourself and you need to learn how to quiet the outside noise and come home to your heart.

Charlene stands for mindfulness in every sense of the word. Being in her presence you can't help but feel the energy she shares and the presence she brings. Would highly recommend working with her for your overall wellbeing and mindfulness goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I’ve never meditated before, can I still join this community? Of course! This membership community is designed for both the experienced and the beginner meditator. That is why the private members only group was created so that members would have a supportive environment to ask questions and to seek guidance.
  2. How much of my time will it require? That’s up to you. You can watch the meditations, practice the guided meditations and connect in the private Facebook group whenever and as often as you want. There is no schedule and it’s okay if you fall behind. The goal is to start to cultivate and practice.
  3. What if I can’t finish all of the content each month? It will be there waiting for you in the membership site. This is also why there is one week each month with no live meditation. You can go back at any time to watch the workshops and listen to the mediations. This community was built for you so that you can access the content at your own pace.
  4. How do I access the content? The first week of December you will receive a link to the online membership portal. You just log in and you can access the meditations, online trainings and more as they become available. You can also go back and access content from previous months. You can access the membership portal from your computer, tablet or smartphone. You can also download the audio meditations and save them to your devices. I will also send you an email reminder each week to encourage and support you on your Mindfulness Journey.
