I’m Sally McGrath, and I know how to help you heal from burnout because I used the same process to piece my own life back together, one step at a time.

How the Thrive & Alive Program Works

Over 12-sessions, I’ll work with you to identify behaviour patterns that are hindering a sustainable lifestyle and implement new habits to improve your wellbeing.

What’s Included:

  • Personalised support in the form of 12 one-on-one sessions (60 minutes each via Zoom) during which we review where you’re at with work and life using The Circle of Life framework
  • Weekly exercises and tools tailored to your unique situation that facilitate a self-discovery process and help you put what we discuss into practice to form new, positive habits
  • Contact via email and SMS in between sessions to check in on progress and hold you accountable so that that you are getting the most out of the program (I guarantee a response within 12 hours, at most, to any message from you during the program, because I am committed to helping you succeed)
  •  Baseline, midpoint, and end point analysis using a burnout assessment tool and The Circle of Life Framework to benchmark your starting point and measure progress as you move through the program
