My name is Tina Sprinkle.  I am a certified Functional Nutrition coach specializing in endocrinology.   I help people regain their health, youth, and vitality through nutrition, targeted supplementation, movement, and education.   When we better understand the function of our biochemistry,  it's easier to commit to living a healthy lifestyle.  A lifestyle that supports maximal energy,  cognitive function,  structural integrity, and mood stability.
