Hi! I'm Julia, a Certified Divorce Coach and a Certified Transition and Recovery Coach. I specialise in working with women who have children. Women come to me because they may be thinking about separation from their partner or spouse, going through the separation, or have come out the other side but have lost themselves and their self-esteem, are stuck in a rut, and are unsure or unable to move forward. 

I have been doing this for 8 years and during that time have also done additional training in mindfulness, yoga, trauma, and Embodied Trauma Integration involving poly-vagal theory and nervous system regulation and repair, integrating past pains and healing through Internal Family Systems Therapy®, somatic practices, releasing anger, and setting boundaries, all to support deeper healing and transformation for my clients.

As a single mother myself for 8 years, I understand the unique challenges and triumphs that come with this role. 

Why coaching?

A pattern that has emerged over the years is that many women come to me because they have been doing therapy for years and they are not getting the results they are looking for. They are stuck in a state of dysregulation or in a place where they are living with unresolved trauma and they are sick of talking about it. They sometimes even re-traumatise themselves by talking about it over and over again. They want ACTION.

Coaching is forward-focused. It's looking at where you are now and how to move forward.

Living with trauma can feel very lonely. But you are not alone. Our small coaching and support group will be filled with incredible women who are ready to take action and transform their own trauma as well as support and cheer you on every step of the way. We are a team and together every step of the way.
