About the speaker

Gemma is a nutritional therapist specialising in immune and digestive health. She helps adults with gut autoimmunity, food sensitivities or histamine intolerance understand and address factors that are exacerbating their symptoms and regain the joy of eating a varied and delicious diet, without fear.

Having realised the important role that stress plays in exacerbating many of her clients' symptoms she has also trained as a certified Tension and Trauma Release exercise practitioner to help them - and others - connect with their body and improve stress resilience. She is particularly interested in offering the practice to those with chronic illness, carers and other therapists.
