 Tummy Troubles

The Tummy Troubles course deals with the common ailments of the digestive system: constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, nausea,  indigestion and more.  You will learn easy Home remedies and Herbal remedies throughout the course. By the end of this course, you will have made at least one tincture, tea, herbal pills, honey, digestive milk and some bitters to begin stocking your Herbal Medicine Cabinet. Many other recipes are included as well. 

As a point of interest I have designed all of these Family Herbalist courses to use many of the same herbs, so, if you took all of the modules you would only need to learn ten or so herbs. In my opinion really knowing a few herbs well is better than knowing many herbs just a little. If you follow along in the courses you will become a Family Herbalist with an efficient and effective Herbal Medicine Cabinet!

Anyone can take this course! It contains practical advice, easy-to-understand principles, and most importantly, it is fun and rewarding. It is a return to learning about herbs as your ancestors would have known them not necessarily through books but through experience.

You have two options with this course.

Option ONE you can do the course and the making of the herbal products.

Option TWO you can audit (take the course but not do the homework) and use the natural remedies for your family. Your Choice!
