The identification of such triggers allows you to develop awareness, and most of all, become more connected to your feelings and experiences of the moment.

Reacting is usually the most common response, when faced with any situation, can you agree? Learning how to pause, gives you the opportunity to respond rather than reacting. Because in the reaction is when words without thinking first, are said without truly meaning them. Learn how to PAUSE, so next time, you allow yourself to RESPOND.
