| 1 | Becoming familiar with yourself. What’s your favorite movie, your favorite song, or perhaps, the things that bring joy into your life? Do you give yourself permission to begin to go inward and discover who resides at the core of your being. Here you will begin that discovery. |
| 2 | Identifying triggering points. Have you ever wondered why certain words, actions, and other's behaviors affect you in a way, bringing you off balance, even distracting you from the present moment? The identification of such triggers allows you to develop awareness, and most of all, become more connected to your feelings and experiences of the moment. |
| 3 | Pausing before reacting. Reacting is usually the most common response, when faced with any situation, can you agree? Learning how to pause, gives you the opportunity to respond rather than reacting. Because in the reaction is when words without thinking first, are said without truly meaning them. Learn how to PAUSE, so next time, you allow yourself to RESPOND. |
| 4 | Getting out of your head. How much time do you spend in your head, getting lost in the middle of the endless thoughts? Are you getting caught up in past events, or anticipating in your mind, what's next? Whichever is, know that there is a way to be in the present moment, and to allow your thoughts to just be. |
| 5 | Becoming your best Cheerleader. Are you tired of waiting around for external approvals and validations, perhaps expecting from others, and even facing disappointments? Picture yourself, being your own supporter, no matter what!! Learn insight on how to nurture the cheerer inside you. |

I'm Jessica, a Mindfulness & Self-love coach, a Yoga Teacher, a mommy of two girls and a healthcare professional. I am passionate about guiding and supporting women reconnecting with themselves, filling their inner cup, and cultivate an intimate relationship with their inner self. Being in the discovery journey myself, asking the same questions mentioned above, we have created this 5 days challenge "Discovering your inner self" for you to begin to get on the driver seat of your life and break through the roadblocks in your path.
I'm very grateful you have landed here. For the next few days, I invite you to approach this time that we will be spending together as more than a challenge, approach it as an opportunity for you to begin to become familiar with yourself.
