About Jackie

I’m an accredited email marketing specialist and I’ve been working in Mailchimp, Mailerlite and other platforms for over 15 years. Plus, my experience in web design, content marketing, copy editing, proof reading and graphic design means I can offer you all the support you need to make your emails and newsletters look fabulous and encourage bookings and sales.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

A registered domain name and/or email address (if you don’t have these we can add them to your package)
Some initial set-up information (I’ll send you a Google Form to complete).
Your contacts list to import (I can help with this, too).
Your style/brand guidelines such as your logo and colour palette.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
This package can be completed within a week, but can take as long as needed. I won’t rush you. I have mapped out the project in easy to follow stages and will guide and support you all the way through.

HOW DO I SEND MY FIRST NEWSLETTER?
I’ll send you an easy to follow demo video showing you around your Mailerlite account, and how to use the branded campaign template I’ll create for you. It will be super easy for you to then send out your own emails and newsletters. Plus, I share tips and tricks which will help you to create newsletters effortlessly and consistently so your content always looks and reads great.
If you don’t want to send them yourself, I also offer a Done-for-You Newsletter service.
