Hi! I'm Kacie, founder of The Village Parent. I'm a mother and educator with over 16 years of experience working with parents and children. Over the years I have watched many moms sacrifice their own health for the sake of their children, leaving them utterly depleted (myself included)! I believe this does NOT have to be the case.
