MOVING INTO STILLNESS
With The Spirit and Practice of Yoga we are moving into Stillness in this 2-hour workshop guided by Anya-Natasha. We prepare the body and mind with a sensual yet powerful asana practice and connecting breath and movement for the 20 min closing guided meditation and journaling exercise. Stretching and strengthening the body can enable us to sit with more physical ease, and movement can aid in quieting and focusing the mind and move into stillness. I am looking forward to our collective practice.

This Yoga Workshop with Anya Natasha focuses on opening up your energy and physical space through movement and breathing. The workshop consists of a yoga and pranayama practice as well as a guided meditation in which we together create space between breath, space in our body for more easeful movement and space in our minds by quieting our thoughts and becoming more present and re-cover what is most important to us.
