Hi, I’m Kate Saynor, a 3 x Commonwealth Game Olympic Weightlifter, Personal Trainer of 20 years, Winner of New Zealand’s Personal Trainer of the Year 2020, an Accredited Rehab Trainer, Advanced Pilates Instructor and mum of two.
I help people learn to lift weights safely, develop a strong functioning core and build a lasting exercise habit through group and one-to-one training, in-person and online.
