SESSION BREAKDOWN

Each workout is 60min long. 

  • General + specific warmup 10-15 min,
  • Strength biulding 15-20 min,
  • High intensity interval training 10-20 min,
  • Isometry / stretching / cooldown 5-10 min

Workout's intensity is always adapted to individual's fitness level. The program is also suitable for individuals without previous knowledge. The learning process is a step by step process.

THE TRAINER

Theo Urbas

The owner of the Kettlbell Outdoor Workouts is your past world class motocross athlete from Slovenia.

After his great success in Europe he came to Cyprus to teach others how to develop skillset required to succeed in life. 

He also help to train and coach kids and adults who wanted to change their eating habits alongside with proven training programs. 

In that direction, he acomplished Weightlifting for sports Diploma.

He's been learning from the best in the business, and want to pass that knowledge exclusively to indivudals and couples who are ready to transform their bodies. 

It is very important for Theo to give all of his energy to 1-2 people at the same time to be as efficient as possible. Everything is directed towards those 1-2 individuals and NOT the group. That is way the results come faster with more quality. 

The Cyprus climate encourages the possibilty of working out in nature in the park, where anyone can breathe fully. There is a lot more space than in the gym. There is no one staring at you while you workout and no need to wait for free equipment. 

Privacy is very important to us as well as time flexibility which means you can choose your time to workout in a week around your personal schedule. 



WHERE IS THE DIFFERENCE? 


* We only swear on quality (not quantity) - that is why we only offer 2 programs. Personally guided workouts for INDIVIDUALS and COUPLES. No groups, that's it.  

* Every session different task awaits you, that is why every workout is very fun. At the same time your body cannot adapt to the stimulus which is why the body shaping process is much faster than traditional gym training.  

* Each time you reserve your session time in advance, so there is only you (or you two). No one else can access that same session timing. You (or you two) get 100% of your trainers focus.

FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How many trainings per week should I have? 
Depends on your goal, motivation, ambitions and other factors. I suggest 1-3x sessions per week.

2. What is the price? 
The price varies by the number of weekly sessions you buy in advance. Personal sessions start with 70€ and up.


3. How soon can I expect results? 
Depends on your discipline. Some get results inside 10 days while others in 2 months. Again some people may never see any results, because they QUIT too early.
