I am here to cut the crap and provide one all inclusive platform that will give you every chance to succeed and become the best player you possibly can. There is no cookie cutter approach to coaching and as such I ensure all programs are tailored to individual needs, abilities and resources.

As a teacher I understand how to communicate, educate and get the most out of my players. As a representative coach and selector I know the ins and outs of Rugby League and what training is essential to build a great player. As a strength and conditioning coach I can apply and teach you the training principles relevant to make you the strongest, fittest and most dangerous player on any Rugby League field.

The Online League Academy hosts a number of programs and options available for players of all ages and levels of abilities.
You can simply purchase a 6, 8 or 10 week program based on your needs (power and strength, muscle building, conditioning ), or you can join our Academy which is an all inclusive coaching and mentoring service where we will work closely one on one each and every week. This is by far our most popular option and the best opportunity for you to get the most out of your training.
When you purchase a program or join our Academy you will receive an email from myself welcoming you to the team and asking a little bit more about yourself and what your goals, hopes and aspirations are for the program and your training.
I can then assess your needs and design a program accordingly. I will be in constant contact throughout this process to ensure we get you training as soon as possible.
You will finally be granted access to our very own personalised app which you can then use to access your workouts at a time that suits you. Full training videos will also be provided so you can get the most out of our app and complete the training accordingly. All workouts will be uploaded so you can complete them and record results. The app also has a chat feature which allows constant communication between yourself and I.

Hayden Gregory is a qualified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach that works specifically with Rugby League athletes. He has operated his own business - Little Leaguies since 2016, based upon a desire to lead and inspire the next generation of young athletes.
Hayden is passionate about the game of Rugby League, playing for over 18 years before making a transition into coaching. He has worked closely with a number of teams across the years and is currently assistant coach of the North Sydney Balls Harold Matts team (16's).
Hayden understands not only the skill specific aspects of the game but also it's physical demands. This coaching expertise reinforces why the Online League Academy is the most reputable program available online.
