Custom Order Policy

Custom orders are to be agreed in advance and a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit payable on all orders valued at $50 (NZD) or more within 1 week of the agreement before any orders can begin. 

Custom orders may take several weeks to make and be shipped out depending on your requirements and location from New Zealand. 

Wildchild Charms cannot bear any liability for any financial loss caused by the deposit amount paid for any custom order. 

Wholesale Order Policy

A minimum spend of $200 is required (after any discounts) and a 50% non-refundable deposit payable within 1 week of the agreement to begin any orders.

Wholesale orders may take several weeks to make and be shipped out depending on your requirements and location from New Zealand. 

Wildchild Charms cannot bear any liability for any financial loss caused by the deposit amount paid for any wholesale order. 

Wildchild Charms also accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods once sold and received by the client.
