There was a long time that I despaired of ever being able to withstand the cravings for sugar. 

I remember a period of time when, on my way to work, I stopped EVERY MORNING at the donut store for 2 kolaches and a donut (for BREAKFAST. No wonder the rest of the day was doomed!). I had dessert after every meal and sugary snacks throughout the day. If there were sweets in the office breakroom, forget it. 

But it's not like that for me anymore. Throughout the challenge, I'll be sharing more of what it was like and the things that I did to change it. 

My goal is for you to not have to suffer the way I did. To share what I did and what I know so you don't have to. And to be your biggest cheerleader through the process!
