There are many different room options available, from single room with private bathroom to shared dorm room to wooden house or camping, mobile home option available.  Booking for the rooms is direct with the Hensellek seminarhof.

About Jahnava

Jahnava sings mantras until hearts melt! She has been doing Kirtan for 20 years, at that time she gained her first meditation and mantra experiences in India and since then she has been in love with Kirtan.

To connect beyond thought constructs with what is absolute and eternal and always happy within us, that is possible with Kirtan easily and in a relaxed way.

The only thing you need is the courage to let yourself fall into it with an open heart.

About Helen

This is Helen, a Mama, Bhakti lover and modern day yogi living and learning on the Yogic path. She offers people a way to wake up with joy and vibrancy for life on their Yoga Journey.

Originally from England, Helen has been practising yoga for over 20 years & teaching around the world for over 14 years and now settled in Karlsruhe,  leading retreats, teaching on Teacher Trainings and also offering Thai Massage training's & treatments. 

Her passion & joy for Yoga & Thai/ Osteothai massage is infectious, as she helps guide people in living a more fulfilling life in a nurturing natural way.
She is also passionate about Bhakti yoga and there is nothing she loves more than to uplift, connect & share through the power of Mantra.
