Hi, I'm Karen George. I trained as a Physiotherapist and now run BIG TREE STUDIO, a busy Pilates Studio, working with hundreds of women just like you, post-menopausal women who are tired of feeling old and are keen to get their bodies and energy back.
I've also been where you are. I was never into exercise and had a sedentary job with the inevitable weight gain as I went through menopause.
