Believe it or not, we started in the living room of our tiny Bedstuy apartment. We were all certified gym teachers but couldn't find a gym that we really loved. A space that was bright, uplifting, safe and welcoming people no matter if it was their first or 100th time walking into a gym. Fast-forward 5 years later and we made it happen. We opened the doors to GymPlus+ and now welcome everyone to come and discover the joy in working out.
