I'm Lisa and I am the founder of Dream Big – Career Support. I provide tailored mentoring and career coaching services to ambitious Personal and Executive Assistants and other admin professionals to help them achieve their career goals.

I have worked in a range of senior administrative roles over 20 years and have been a PA, EA, Senior Business Manager and a Head of Office, supporting CEOs and Managing Directors. I understand what it takes to be successful in those roles and I now get to help others to grow, develop and push boundaries to achieve their career goals.
